To Install Updates From Hardhat Server

To Install Updates From Network Computers:

Click on the link for the update you would like to download.

Save the file to a place where you can find it on your computer.

Once the file has been downloaded, double click on it.

A window will appear that looks similar to this:

Click on the Next button

The next screen will appear similar to this:

This is where it gets tricky.

Click on the Browse button.

On the drop down menu, choose the drive where the hardhat folder is located (In most cases, the drive letter will be Q).

Notice that the Destination directory has changed. It now says Q:\HARDHAT like so:

Delete everything except the Q: like this:
(This is because your Hardhat folder IS the Q drive).

Click on the OK button. Then, click on the Next button.

The Start Installation window appear:

Click Next.

Once the installation is complete, the following window will appear:

This window usually tells you where to look in the Hardhat program to see if your update was successful.

Click the Finish button and you are done!
