To Install Updates From Hardhat Server: Click on the link for the update you would like to download. Save the file to a place where you can find it on your computer. Once the file has been downloaded, double click on it. A window will appear that looks similar to this:
Click on the Next button The next screen will appear similar to this:
This is where it gets tricky. If you are installing the update on the computer that holds all Hardhat information, follow these steps: Look at the Destination Folder. Is your Hardhat folder located directly in the C: drive? If yes, then just click Next. If your Hardhat folder is located on another drive or location click on the browse button.
On the drop down menu, choose the drive where the hardhat folder is located. Click on the OK button. Then, click on the Next button. The Start Installation window appear:
Click Next. Once the installation is complete, the following window will appear:
This window usually tells you where to look in the Hardhat program to see if your update was successful. Click the Finish button and you are done! |
