The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 makes it clear that taxpayer dollars spent under the Recovery Act will be subject to unprecedented transparency and accountability.

> Hardhat's Certified Payroll Reporting meets all ARRA requirements

> Prevailing Wage Rates are entered ONE TIME in Hardhat. Each week when you enter Payroll, Hardhat will pull in the appropriate Pay Rate. No need to refer to your pay charts and trying to keep track manually of the jobs that have Prevailing Wage Rates.

> Davis-Bacon Reporting available in Hardhat.

> ARRA requirements include reporting on the funds received, total project cost, jobs created. Hardhat provides the necessary reports.

> Hardhat provides you with Equal Employment Opportunity Reporting and information for Affirmative Action Program Reporting.

> Contractors are required to maintain employment records for a period of two years. Hardhat maintains all employment records for unlimited number of years.

> Hardhat maintains Insurance Certificates for Subcontractors and will alert you when Certificates are close to expiration.

> Bonus 50% First-Year Depreciation Processing accounted for in Hardhat as well as Section 179.
