Henderson Says 20 Home Sales in Hong Kong Canceled
Henderson Land Development Co., controlled by Hong Kong billionaire Lee Shau-kee, said prospective buyers canceled purchases of 20 units at a luxury residential complex and it will take a charge of HK$734 million ($94 million) against earnings.

Henderson Plans 45,000 Housing Units, Lee Says
June 1 (Bloomberg) -- Henderson Land Development Co. plans four new residential projects in Hong Kong containing 45,000 units and 32 million square feet, the companys Chairman Lee Shau-kee told reporters today.
