Advanced Workzone Services is a young, growing traffic safety company working in multiple states. I can pick up the phone and call them and with one phone call usually someone will fix the problem right then or will call me back within a very short time. I love Hardhat because I can review my reports before I print them. This is a big help because if I have a mistake I don't waste paper printing a report that just has to be corrected and reprinted. Also, Hardhat is very "user friendly" and the drop-down menus make it easy for my staff to learn the input processes even if they don't have a lot of computer experience. In the very few instances that I have had to contact the support staff at Hardhat, they were very helpful and did all they could to correct my problem as quickly as possible. Our company began using the Hardhat software in our office in March of this year, and we have been very satisfied. The software offers many features, and is a good value for the price. It was very helpful to have onsite training and setup at our office. Support is available any time we call, and they handle all issues promptly and efficiently. This software has made day-to-day operations much easier for us. We are now able to track job cost, keep up with equipment usage, and do payroll in our office. We had previously outsourced these tasks before Hardhat. The software was easy to learn and implement. Software is nothing without the support. The support is so great at Hardhat. If you call on Friday at 5:00 p.m. and have an issue, the support staff will work with you until your problem is solved. Hardhat does NOT leave you hanging just because it is time to go home. I have been with Hardhat since 1981 and my experience has been good.
