How to eliminate pay stubs information inquires

You are now able to access your check stubs from any internet enabled device at pr.hardhatinc.net. You can now view, print, or save your vouchers. Mobile devices (iPhone) will only show your current check, but you can view any check by date from an iPad or computer. After logging in, you will be able to see a breakdown of your earnings, deductions, and a summary of your check.

Screens show the following:

Current Voucher: Last 4 of your SSN, period begin date, period end date, check date, filing status, and your number

Earnings: Number of hours, regular pay amount, overtime pay amount, and any extra.

Deductions: Federal tax, SS, Medicare, state tax, employee loans, health insurance, etc.

Summary: Gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
