Service Work Order/ Scheduling

Hardhat's Service Work Order Management Module is an easy-to-use, intuitive system designed for use by the contractor with a Service Department.

It provides a Dispatch Board and tracks Service Work Orders and Call History by Customer and Site. The various Schedule Board formats assist you in better managing your service load and planning for peak periods, Preventive Maintenance Calls, and Service Technician Scheduling. The system maintains information on Equipment, Contracts, and Service Technicians, and is fully integrated with the Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Inventory modules.

Scheduling allows you to see scheduled service calls at a glance, quickly arrange service calls on the schedule, dispatch, send texts or edit jobs. Scheduling has real-time live updates should more than one person be viewing the schedule at the same time.

Each appointment block can be opened by double-clicking to open the Scheduled Appointment box. Once the Appointment box is opened, it can be unassigned, dispatched so it shows dispatched on the scheduler; texted directly to the assigned tech and/or edited.

By right-clicking on the appointment block, the appointment details can be opened, the call can be unassigned from the assigned tech or open the work order
